Terms of Use

These terms are the terms of use and end-user license agreement for the internal apps of DNE AI Agentic Inc. ("DNE", "we", "us"), including the QuickBooks connection "DNE Neomy Finance". By connecting or using one of these apps, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the apps

The apps are for internal use by DNE AI Agentic Inc. and its portfolio companies only. They are not offered to the public. We grant those companies a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the apps for their own business.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Reports and summaries from the apps can contain mistakes. Check important figures in the original service before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DNE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that come from using or not being able to use the apps.

Connected services

Services you connect to the apps, such as QuickBooks Online by Intuit, remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These terms do not change them.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect an app at any time. For QuickBooks, go to Settings > Apps in QuickBooks and choose Disconnect, or email us. Once disconnected, the app no longer has access.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
