Who we are
DNE AI Agentic Inc. ("DNE", "we", "us") is an agentic venture studio. We build and run companies, and we use our own internal software tools and AI agents to help run them. This policy explains what data those tools and this website handle, and why.
What data we process
- Data from connected business services. Our internal tools read data from business services that we connect for our own companies, such as QuickBooks Online. This can include accounts, transactions, bills, invoices, vendors, customers and balances.
- Website visitors. When you visit dne.ai, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our homepage also uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. These policy and app pages do not use it.
- Messages you send us. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address and message.
Why we use it
We use data from connected business services only for internal bookkeeping overviews, financial reporting and planning for DNE and its portfolio companies. We use website and contact data to run the website and to reply to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties, except service providers that host or process it on our behalf, such as hosting, database and AI model providers. They handle it under their own terms and only to provide their service to us.
Access and storage
Access to connected services is read-only. The access keys that connect our tools to a service are stored encrypted, in a password manager or on secured servers. Only the company admin and DNE's internal agents can use them.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Disconnecting an app stops our access right away. We delete stored copies on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@dne.ai and we will reply.
Security
- Data is encrypted in transit.
- Access follows least privilege: each person and tool gets only the access it needs.
- Access to our systems is logged so it can be reviewed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
